• representation and legal advice in proceedings before the monument protection authorities, including:
  • on issuing conservation recommendations,
  • on granting a conservation permit,
  • on ordering the performance of specific work or works at a monument which is entered into the register of monuments,
  • on entry into or deletion from the register of monuments,
• checking the conservation status of real estate
